1️⃣ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within  2 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

  • Customized or stitched items are non-returnable.


2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or damaged products

  • Items without original tags

  • Fragrances / cosmetics (if applicable)

  • Accessories (jewelry, bags) due to hygiene reasons


3️⃣ Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange for size issues (subject to stock availability).

  • Customers must request exchange within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply.


4️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if the product is defective or incorrect item delivered.

  • After inspection, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer / original payment method.
